Applicant must have 5+ years of experience troubleshooting the Mac OS. Please do not apply if you are not a "Mac genius". Comparable Windows skills, although admirable, will not suffice for this job.
Exceptional people-skills, patience and professionalism required.
Should be comfortable tutoring all skill levels and be knowledgeable when giving advice to a client. The candidate must be friendly, presentable, punctual, trustworthy, reliable, honest, available, smooth under pressure, and equally comfortable and respectful in someone's home or in an office with 50 people. These qualities are just as important as computer skills for this job. Please do not apply if you do not qualify.
