I’ve listed a few of the most reported tweaks and bug fixes here:

Return the circular page load progress indicator that vanished in Safari 4.

Fix Growl-related crashes (e.g., Mail.app).

Restore Safari 3 “in window” tabs.

And if you don’t want to deal with Terminal, this site has a “Secret Safari 4 Menu” that is worth checking out.
